SALON POLICIES

BOOKINGS:
• The fastest and most convenient way to book an appointment is using our online booking system. 
• Due to the nature of our work it can be hard to answer calls, I will check voice messages at the end of the day. You may send a text, to which I will try and respond to as time allows.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: 
• In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment the regular service price will still apply. 
• If you run more than 15 minutes late you will be charged $25.00 of your appointment and be rescheduled, subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS:
• Please provide at minimum 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This will hopefully give us time to schedule another client in your time, avoiding the cancellation fee.
• Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $25.00 service cancellation fee.
• Please provide 48 hours notice for group cancellations. 
• If the cancellation notification is 24 hours or less, the only acceptable method of cancellation is via a telephone call/txt to 0275199854. 24 hours or more, an email is acceptable
• If you reschedule and then cancel the new rescheduled appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, you will incur a full service charge.
• All December appointments due to high demand, cancellations must be made 48 hours or more or you will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee.

CHILDREN:
• Due to OSH regulations, I am unable to have children under the age of 12 in the salon. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

NO SHOWS:
• A full fee will be imposed for a no show. 
Clients who continually fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their following appointment with a non-refundable $25.00 deposit, which is to be paid by Internet banking within 24 hours of making the appointment. 

DAMAGES:
• We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
• Payment is required at the time of your appointment. 
• NAILZ by Jaxx is happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. 
• NAILZ by Jaxx does not accept personal checks.

VOUCHERS:
General gift vouchers terms and conditions: 
• Bookings are essential. 
• Subject to availability. 
• 24-hour cancellation policy applies or your voucher is void. 
• Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash, no refunds, no cash back, not to be used with other offers. 
• Lost vouchers cannot be replaced, unreadable voucher cannot be redeemed. 
• Must be produced on arrival at the salon as proof of purchase. NO voucher NO treatment.
• ALL NAILZ by Jaxx vouchers have no expiry date, vouchers used past the expiry will incur a service fee.
• Please inform NAILZ by Jaxx, when making a booking with a gift voucher, if doing an online booking, then leave a note in the booking. 

PRICES:
• We reserve the right to increase our prices and discontinue treatments, as required without notice.
